Terms of service

Service terms written for an enterprise SaaS entry point.

These public terms summarize how the platform is presented and used at a service level. They complement tenant-specific administration, commercial agreements, and the operational controls described elsewhere on the public site.

Scope of service

GlossaryQ provides a multi-tenant glossary platform for governed definitions, tenant-local administration, secure access routing, and platform-managed operations such as provisioning, billing coordination, and public-safe status communication.

Accounts and workspace responsibility

  • Each customer workspace is responsible for the people it authorizes inside the tenant boundary.
  • Platform-owned public routes are used to start registration, workspace discovery, and approved recovery entry flows.
  • Administrative users must use the controls and approval paths made available by the platform and tenant policy.

Acceptable use and platform integrity

Customers and evaluators must not attempt to bypass tenant boundaries, misuse onboarding or discovery flows, interfere with platform operations, or use the service in ways that undermine security, availability, or accurate billing and auditability.

Billing, suspension, and service changes

Commercial packaging, billing visibility, enforcement, renewals, and related changes are coordinated centrally. The platform may apply controlled warning, recovery, suspension, or operator review flows when required to protect service integrity or satisfy contractual obligations.

Public trust pages

The landing page, status page, security overview, privacy notice, sitemap, and robots coverage are part of the public service surface. They exist to support legitimate evaluation, onboarding, and search discovery, and they do not grant tenant access by themselves.
